Groundbreaking

Webster defines groundbreaking as something that is markedly innovative. For example, new discoveries made in the field of medicine are often described as groundbreaking work. I can think of no better word to define the year we are about to experience. In 2008 we will see and experience more groundbreaking moments. More moments than some could have ever imagined 20 years ago when our church was only a living room full ofpeople. Before 2008 ends, we will have broken ground on and almost completed an 8+ million dollar, 66,000 sq. ft. worship and education facility. Before this year ends, we will have sent more missionaries from our campus than ever before. Lord willing, before this year ends we will reach more people, baptize more believers, make more disciples, add more members, and give more money than ever before in the history of Anderson Mill’s existence.

Very few people are able to say they have ever seen firsthand or been a part of something truly groundbreaking. Brothers and sisters, if you are an active part of Anderson Mill you are right in the middle of a groundbreaking movement of God. Don’t miss it. Don’t take it for granted. Don’t forget to humbly thank God for it! Don’t let what God is doing stop on our campus. Let him break new ground in your heart this year.
